In real estate sales, it is essential that you know how to have control in the conversation. You won't exactly dominate the person you're talking to, but having control means that you can guide them into a place where they can choose the best decision for themselves.

It is important to remember that every time you leave a conversation, you should schedule the next conversation. For example, when a conversation ends between you and a client, you can send a Google Calendar invitation.

After you send this invitation, you must become a little bit pushy and say things like, "So, next step, I'm going to send you a Google calendar invitation. Go ahead and accept that right now." It ensures they will actually do the desired action while still maintaining rapport by not being too pushy.

Another nuance to understand is that the conversation should not shift anywhere; it should just flow from one step to another. To do this, you need to have control.

The problem with leaving a conversation without anything scheduled clearly is that you might lose that lead you just generated, which would be a huge waste of your effort and time.

There are a million ways that their mindset could change after your conversation. So, it is highly important that you guide them smoothly into the next step.

This method will help them understand themselves, reach their goals faster, and help your business handle the incoming leads better.
