The CPI Community · Now Hiring

You already know how to work.
Nobody ever handed you a system.

This is an application to join a real estate team that runs on Teach to Sell. CPI is Consistent and Predictable Income. Every agent wants CPI. Very few are ever shown how to build it.

See the open seats

Eight seats. About 12 minutes to apply. You get your read back the same day.

You know what the next month looks like if nothing changes.

You have taken the courses. You have read the books. You have been to the events where somebody told you to believe in yourself, and you drove home feeling something, and by Wednesday it was gone.

So the month starts over. You do not know where the next deal comes from, and you tell people business is good because the alternative is saying the thing out loud.

The voice that says "I'm not worthy" is the number one sales mistake. Not the market. Not the leads. Not the competition. It does not get quieter with a better script. It gets quieter when you have a system and you watch it work.
What gets in the way of Teach to Sell: talking too much, overpromising, focusing on price instead of value, skipping follow-ups, neglecting rapport, not qualifying leads early, ignoring objections

From Teach to Sell, chapter 1

What gets in the way, from chapter 1:

  • Talking too much
  • Overpromising and underdelivering
  • Focusing on price instead of value
  • Skipping follow-ups
  • Neglecting rapport
  • Not qualifying leads early
  • Ignoring objections
218 Consecutive months without a broke one

"I have not had a broke month since 2008. Not because I am special. Because I stopped guessing and started following a system. That system is Teach to Sell, and the people who run it with me are the CPI Community."

Dan Rochon, author of Teach to Sell and Real Estate Evolution

CONSISTENT AND PREDICTABLE INCOME (CPI) COMMUNITY

Pick your path into the CPI Community.

Wherever you are, there is a way in for the right person. If getting off the income rollercoaster is the work you actually want, one of these is yours.

Path 1 - Agent (Local: DC, MD, VA)

You can already sell. Chasing your own leads and drowning in paperwork eats the time you should spend selling.

Apply to join the local team in DC, MD, and VA.

A calling team and AI tools get you the business, and Client Care handles the admin. You focus on building relationships and closing deals.

Path 2 - Agent (Any market)

You want to grow, but doing everything alone in your market holds you back.

Apply to bring the machine to your own market, anywhere.

The same team gets you the business and handles the admin. Only the market changes.

Support Roles - Lead Generation and Client Care

An agent can only close what gets fed to them and kept on track.

Apply for a Lead Generation, Marketing, or Client Care seat. These are staff roles, not agent roles.

You become the engine that generates the appointments and keeps every file moving.

This is built for one kind of person: the one who takes ownership, moves fast, and finishes what they start. Bring that, and the CPI Community brings the systems, the coaching, and a proven path to consistent and predictable income. Come looking for someone to carry you, or a place to coast, and this is the wrong room. That is on purpose.

The people who thrive here own their results instead of blaming the market, stay coachable, and keep getting better. That is the bar, and it does not move. Clear it and there is a seat, wherever you are and however you found this. Selective and open are not opposites here. That is the whole point.

None of this is theory. It is the system taught in Teach to Sell, already working for the agents who run it. The right people recognize it on the first read.

Which path fits? Both paths get the same machine: a calling team and AI tools generate the clients, and Client Care handles the admin. The only difference is the market. Path 1 is the local team (DC, MD, VA). Path 2 is your own market, anywhere.

In either path, pick your lane. Come on as an Agent (CPI Time: the relationship and the close), or step up as a Team Leader (Leverage Time: building and leading a team). See both in the What is CPI Time? panel below.

Support Roles, Lead Generation and Client Care, are the staff engine that powers the machine.
Each application is short and built to show how you actually think and work, not how well you can describe yourself. Not sure which seat? Pick the closest. You can switch anytime before you submit.
From the book · Teach to Sell
Everyone here does what they do best.
Every seat in the CPI machine exists so each person spends their time in the work they are genuinely great at, while the system carries the rest. That is why the bar is the top 1% of 1%: the right people, each in their zone, doing what they love.

Teach to Sell by Dan Rochon
“Lead generation is the #1 priority in sales. Everything else supports this core activity.”
Teach to Sell

CPI Time is the work that directly creates income.

For an agent, CPI Time means generating leads, converting leads into appointments, attending appointments to get hired, negotiating, and improving through scripts and roleplay.

Leverage Time is the work that multiplies people and results. For a leader, it means recruiting, selecting, training, leading, and motivating talented people.

Every other seat in the CPI Machine exists to protect, support, or multiply that high-value work. Here is the full model from Teach to Sell:

CPI Time and Leverage Time, from Teach to Sell
What this means for you: you get to do what you love and do best, and the machine handles the rest. Only the top 1% of 1% earn a seat, and that is the point.

Your application is read by the same system our agents use.

Most companies let one tired person skim a résumé at 4pm on a Friday and call it a process. We do not do that to people.

Every application here is scored by AI trained on twenty years of top-producer sales experience, against the same standard, in the same way, for everyone. It reads what you actually said and did, not where you went to school.

Then a human reads it too. The system decides who gets a conversation. A person decides who gets an offer.

You will get a real answer, the same day, either way.

What happens after you hit submit

This is not for everyone, and that is on purpose.

  • If you are looking for someone to hand you leads and leave you alone, this will frustrate you.
  • If you want to be talked into it, do not apply. Commit or Quit is a real standard here, not a slogan.
  • If you are waiting to feel ready before you do the work, the work is what makes you ready.

Who does well here: the person who takes ownership, moves before they feel certain, and would rather be coached than comfortable.
