CPI is Consistent and Predictable Income, and every real estate agent wants CPI. At your current brokerage, the CPI Community is $497 a month. Join eXp with CPI as your co-sponsor and it is included, at no separate cost.

These are eXp Realty standard United States residential agent costs. Exceptions can apply based on your state, your team structure, mentoring requirements, transaction type and other circumstances. The standard model does not charge desk fees, franchise fees or royalty fees, though other fees or expenses may apply depending on state, program, team, transaction type or optional services. Partnering with the CPI Community does not raise these eXp costs.
