Three things change when you partner with the CPI Community at eXp. CPI is Consistent and Predictable Income. Everything else stays yours.

  • Your license moves

    You change brokerages. That is the mechanical part, and it is the only mechanical part. Your clients, your database, your brand and your name stay yours.

  • The coaching stops being a bill

    The Room, the community, the coaching and the full library are included at no additional cost for as long as you are with the CPI Community at eXp. Included, not billed.

  • Nobody takes over your business

    You still decide how you run it. We teach the system and hold the standard. What you build on top of it belongs to you.
