When you introduce an agent to the CPI Community and they join at $149/month, you earn half of that every month they stay. No cap, no downline, no chasing. Just the people you already believe in. Loaded with an example, not your numbers.
Your inputs
You earn 50% of $149 = $74.50/month for every member you introduce, every month they stay. Single level only: you earn on the people you introduce, not on theirs. It is a thank-you for bringing the right people, not a sales quota. Introduce agents who genuinely belong here. Example figures, not a promise of income.
For each $149 member an agent brings, you keep the other $74.50/month and the member drives the movement. Referrals who instead join at eXp under a co-sponsor earn you revenue share (paid by eXp, not the member) with no referral payout. Team conversions sit on top of both. The 50% you share is what turns members into the growth engine.

On average, agents on the Team grow from twelve to thirty-six transactions in their first year, while working fewer hours.
