CPI is Consistent and Predictable Income, and your team builds it the same way you do: on a rhythm. Most leaders check in only when something is on fire. That is a rescue, not leadership. Set a cadence, spread your touches evenly, and every agent hears from you before the wheels come off. Add your people, pick a start date and a cadence, and I will lay out the schedule and the questions to ask.
Add names and the schedule uses them. Leave it empty and it uses "Team member 1, 2, 3".
Weekends move to Monday. A date in the past moves to the next workday.
Predictable leadership creates predictable production. When your people know the touch is coming, they show up ready for it. Run the rhythm, ask the questions, and watch the fires stop starting.
